Discs: the discs are formed using glass fiber reinforced nylon imported fromJapanand full-ring iron chains. This will increase strength of disc, effectively prevent slip of disc, significantly extend service life of disc and save cost. Discs with diameter of 32mm are used for delivery pipes with diameter of 45mm. Discs with diameter of 44mm are used for delivery pipes with diameter of 60mm. The discs are made of PP or modified nylon. The surface of iron chains will undergo electroplating treatment. The tensile strength of disc and chain is 1T and 1.5T respectively.
