Driving system of main body:
It has full stainless steel enclosure which has strong resistance against corrosion and can be installed indoors and outdoors.
The imported or domestically produced driving motors are optional. They are provided with automatic tensioning devices.
Speed reducers (pinwheel, worm and gear) are optional
It is provided with chain wheel and auxiliary wheel which is formed using glass fiber reinforced nylon imported from Japan
Its material is same as that of disc, which significantly reduces noise and damage due to friction.
The internal capacitance assemblies of the system adopt imported brands to ensure normal running of equipment.
With unique design, it can be installed on the ground, wall or ceiling. The arrangement of imported one and exported one are same, which enables horizontal installation of drinking pipes. The pulling direction of driving unit is reversible, which simplifies installation.
The driving system is equipped with an integrated console to prevent breaking of cables due to overload. In addition, the driving unit has a switch which will automatically stop when cables are too loose. When cables are needed to be fastened or shortened, an outside display will display relevant information.
Delivery pipes: wall thickness of 1.6mm. Galvanized steel pipes: outer diameter of 600mm.
Chains: after forming of steel chain by welding, the chainsaw shall undergo carburization treatment to enhance surface toughness, corrosion-proof performance, contact fatigue strength and bending fatigue strength. This significantly improves service life and tensile strength of chains.
